'The Boise Flea': An itch for fashion scratched by a monthly seasonal flea market

Hundreds of people showed up for the first "Boise Flea" of the season at the Boise State Stadium lot, despite some ominous clouds.

BOISE, Idaho — "The Boise Flea" is a local outdoor flea market that has over 150 vendors that participate. People can find furniture, vintage clothing, jewelry, art, records. It's kind of like a thrift store on steroids.

Hundreds of people showed up for the first "Boise Flea" of the season, despite some ominous clouds.

This year "The Boise Flea" had its first market on Sunday, April 14 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Boise State University East Stadium lot on the corner of Broadway and University. The market will then open the second Sunday of each month from April to October. Admission is free.
