Ice rolling on Lake Lowell and a pickup buried in snow near McCall: The most stunning images from the Idaho Weather Watchers Facebook group

Hundreds of Idaho residents shared photos after an extra wintry week of weather.

After a frigid and snowy week, the KTVB Idaho Weather Watchers Facebook group has been overflowing with incredible photos of snow and wintry conditions across the state of Idaho.

Wind gusts on Jan. 15 apparently created rolling ice shards on Lake Lowell in the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge in Nampa, according to new Idaho Weather Watchers member Jean Reed. (See the video above.)

"My husband works there and says they had peak winds over 22 mph today that created some pretty good sized waves pushing the ice on shore," Reed wrote, nothing to make sure to turn the sound up in the above video.

Further north in Idaho, Helen Brown shared a photo of someone apparently digging out a pickup truck that is completely buried in snow.

"Brother Found his pickup," Brown wrote. "This is just out of McCall"

Another photo from Leslie Ann Brown Stankiewicz‎ in Bonners Ferrry shows a roof that is so covered in snow it's blocking the upstairs window.

"A crew is coming out to get all this off our roof. You can't see out the upstairs windows on both sides of the house," she wrote
