Search teams in Montana have recovered the body of a 74-year-old Washington state man who went missing last week.

The Mineral County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday that searchers had recovered the body of Michael Frazer.

Frazer, who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, was reported missing from his residence in Spokane, Washington, on April 29.

The sheriff’s office said his car and dog were found Saturday, four miles west of Haugan, Montana.

Frazer’s body was recovered late Monday afternoon, the sheriff’s office said.
