Ahren Belisle became a household name after becoming a finalist on ABC’s America’s Got Talent. Ahren had judges and the country rolling in laughter using a cellphone and a speaker to communicate with his audience. You see, Ahren isn’t your typical stand-up comedian. He has cerebral palsy, a condition which in his case has made him mute. But Ahren has found a unique way to communicate and a unique way to bring awareness to his condition. Ahren started his career as an engineer, but he says ‘I was not in a happy place.’ After some soul searching and a health journey, he found his voice in laughter.
