COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho — An Idaho woman under investigation in the death of her husband has been sentenced to prison for embezzlement.

News outlets reported Tuesday that 64-year-old Lori Isenberg was sentenced to five years in prison Tuesday after pleading guilty to three counts of wire fraud in January.

Isenberg is also being investigated for the suspicious February 2018 boating death of her husband, Larry Isenberg.

The Coeur d'Alene resident embezzled about $580,000 in three years from the nonprofit North Idaho Housing Coalition, which helps low- and moderate-income families rent or buy homes.

She was also ordered to pay $20,000 in fines and serve three years of supervised probation upon release.

Two of Isenberg's daughters, Amber Annette Hosking and Jessica Fay Barnes, were sentenced earlier this year for assisting their mother in the crimes.
