CALDWELL, Idaho — Today on Keepin' It Local, we had to drive way out into the tulies to visit today's local business, and that's kind of the point.

Twelve years ago people told Angie Lammey and Berty Thomason that people would never drive all the way out to rural Canyon County to buy their specialty flower baskets.

Well, that was 20,000 baskets ago.
