Doug Petcash sits down with Gov.-Elect Brad Little to discuss what he has done to prepare to become Idaho's 33rd governor and how he will tackle Medicaid expansion after Prop 2 was passed by voters last month. The gubernatorial inauguration ceremony to officially welcome Idaho's new governor will take place on Friday, Jan. 4.
