Viewpoint: Getting ready for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure
The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Boise is on Saturday, May 11. The goals for the race is cut cancer deaths by 50 percent in seven years and raise $100,000 for cancer research and to help those fighting the disease in southwest Idaho. Doug Petcash is joined by Jodi Weak, the executive director for Komen Idaho Montana, and Sara White, whose mom battled breast cancer, to discuss the race and the importance of it.
