Psychiatrist finds Boise mass stabbing suspect Timmy Kinner incompetent to stand trial
Prosecutors say they will contest the findings in a report filed by an independent psychiatrist who evaluated Timmy Earl Kinner to determine whether he was competent to stand trial.
