The Idaho Fine Arts Academy – along with Latina guest artists Marianna Jimenez Edwards, Estefania Sanchez and Ballet Folklorico Mexico Lindo -- present Sabiduria Conectada on April 27 & April 30 at the Centennial Performing Arts Center.
Meaning “connected wisdom,” Sabiduria Conectada is a creative collaboration between students and local, professional artists to celebrate Latin dance and visual art. The art themes are inspired by Latin culture or the students' personal narratives. While the event’s dance repertoire spans the dance styles of contemporary, tap, jazz, folk, Flamenco, Latin and lyrical.
