CALDWELL -- Eastbound Interstate 84 has reopened after a collision involving a semitrailer and a motorhome completely blocked the eastbound lanes for about two hours Tuesday afternoon.
According to Idaho State Police, the crash happened around 2:09 p.m. near Exit 29 in Caldwell.
Photos from the scene showed a semitrailer on its side in the eastbound lanes of I-84.
Police says 88-year-old Leonard Silvani of Boise was driving a 2013 Ford motorhome and 27-year-old Diljot Hunjan of Delta, British Columbia, was driving a 2007 Kenworth semi pulling a single trailer.

Silvani was stopped on the eastbound right shoulder. As Silvani attempted to merge into traffic Hunjan braked and swerved to avoid him. Hunjan's vehicle overturned blocking the eastbound lanes.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts. No one was hurt in the collision.
