IDAHO, USA — The week of May 6 has been named "Corrections Professionals Week" by Governor Brad Little.
"During the event, he met with the three Idaho Department of Correction Officials who were shot as part of the incident at St. Alphonsus in March and their families," a news release stated.
Officer Daniel Lopez, Corporal Christopher Wilske and Officer Elijah Jackson were honored at the event.
