Flipside Fest pauses for a year, organizers need a break

Duck Club announced the cancelation of the 2024 Flipside Fest on Monday.

BOISE, Idaho — Duck Club, the organizers for Flipside Fest, have been busy in the last few years.

In the last four years, Duck Club has dealt with a pandemic, held two Treefort Music Fests in six months, further developed Treefort by moving its main stage, introduced and organized two Flipside Fests.... the list goes on.

With all that, Duck Club has announced their cancelation of the 2024 Flipside Fest.

"We love Flipside Fest and making the decision to put the fest on hold for a year was not one we made lightly," said Duck Club CEO Eric Gilbert. "Our team has been at work nonstop over the last four years and, as much as we will miss partying in Garden City in September, we are looking forward to having a slower summer and focusing on hosting some really amazing shows at both our venues in Downtown Boise. We are forever grateful for the support of our community and can't wait to bring Flipside Fest back in 2025."

Though the Garden City music festival won't be jamming this September, Duck Club reminds Treasure Valley residents that they will continue to host shows at a variety of venues across the valley. Duck Club will also produce Alive After Five series on the Grove Plaza, along with some seasonal surprises, they said.

All upcoming shows can be found at TheDuckClub.com
