BOISE -- Boone Bartlome got a special visit in his Denver hospital room.
The Kuna High School football player, who suffered a severe neck injury during a game earlier this fall, was visited by former NFL player Doug Plank.
Plank spent his entire eight-year NFL playing career with the Chicago Bears.
Boone suffered a C-4 vertabrae break when he collided with another player on the field this football season.
Since the injury, he has shown marked improvement, moving some of his extremities, and utilizing a new wheelchair.
