BOISE -- A Kuna man was arrested Thursday after investigators say they discovered child pornography on his electronics.
Stanley Stephen Sanders, 77, was charged after an investigation by the Idaho Crimes Against Children Unit. He is facing five felony counts of possession of sexually exploitative materials.
ICAC investigators had already served a search warrant to seize Sanders' electronics. The warrant for his arrest was issued after forensic examiners finished combing through the devices.
Sanders is currently held in the Ada County Jail on a $500,000 bond. Court records show he had completed probation less than one year ago stemming from a 2012 felony destruction of evidence conviction.
Possession of child pornography is punishable by up to ten years in prison. Sanders is due back in court Jan. 30.
