Meridian Police looking for YMCA locker thieves

A man and two women stole credit cards from Meridan YMCA lockers and placed the wallets back into the original places inside the lockers.

Meridian Police need the public's help identifying three suspects they believe are responsible for stealing and using credit cards that were taken from local YMCA lockers.

Police say two women and one man entered the YMCA on Hillsdale Avenue just before noon Wednesday.

After stealing money and credits from a Meridian YMCA, the thieves changed outfits and started shopping at stores around the Boise Mall.

Officials say one of the women acted as the lookout while the other two stole credit cards from lockers.

After stealing the cards, police say the suspects spent over $4,000.

Police also believe the thieves also broke into lockers at other YMCAs that day.
