Idaho Department of Correction looking for woman who walked away from job site

IDOC said Whitney Jo Pattee was last seen on Sunday at her community job in downtown Boise around 4 p.m.

BOISE, Idaho — Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC) is looking for a woman who absconded from her community job. Whitney Jo Pattee, inmate number #121537, was last seen Sunday, Mar. 24 at 4:10 p.m. at her job in downtown Boise.

Pattee is an inmate at the East Boise Community Reentry Center. She is 35 years old, 5'5", 180 pounds, with shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray and black plaid jacket, gray shirt and black pants.

She was up for parole in July 2024. She has been convicted in the past of possession and delivery of a controlled substance. 

 The East Boise Community Reentry Center is one of several reentry centers in the state. The centers are meant to help prisoners reintegrate into society, work and be reunited with family and the community as they get closer to release. 

IDOC is asking anyone with information to call 911.
