'Don't you cry no more': Kansas playing at the Western Idaho Fair

Each Tuesday in April the fair will announce performers in the concert series.

BOISE, Idaho — If all we are is 'dust in the wind,' perhaps it's important to enjoy life while you can. The Western Idaho Fair announced that Kansas will be playing the first of the series of concerts at the fair. Each Tuesday in April the fair will announce the other performers in the concert series.

Kansas performs Monday, August 19. Admission to the concert series is free with general admission. In addition, this year people can also reserve tickets. Tickets go on sale on April, 2. People can buy tickets and get more information at Idahofair.com.

Kansas is a rock band that had its majority of success in the 70s and 80s. The band has recorded 16 albums. The band's best known hits are "Carry On Wayward Son, and "Dust in the Wind."
