After concerns mounted about the safety of a 78-year-old Boise man who hadn't been seen since Thursday morning, police had good news to report Thursday night.
David, who went missing after he left his home and wandered out into the snow, was found walking alongside a road in the Eagle area. A Boise officer called KTVB to deliver the news at around 9 p.m.
Police said A ValleyRide bus employee was on his way home when he saw David. The employee, who had been asked to look out for David, saw him near Highway 55 and Beacon Light Road.
Police said David was receiving medical attention and was being reunited with his family.
