Photos from the scene showed a mangled vehicle next to a Sinclair gas station on the northwest corner of the intersection.

BOISE - The Ada County coroner on Monday released the name of the woman died at the scene of a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Ustick and Five Mile roads Sunday afternoon.

Jeana Judeth Walker, 48, was from Boise and died from blunt force trauma.

According to investigators, Walker, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was driving north on Five Mile Road when she crashed into a traffic light pole and a block retaining wall on the northwest corner of the intersection.

Photos from the scene showed a mangled vehicle next to a Sinclair gas station.

The crash was reported just after 1:30 p.m., and prompted Boise police to close lanes at the intersection for several hours while detectives and crash reconstruction teams investigated.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

The coroner said toxicology is pending, but it could take several weeks to get the results.
