2 hurt in shooting, police looking for armed and dangerous suspect

CALDWELL- Caldwell police are looking for a man they say shot two people early Sunday morning.

According to officials, the shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. in the 4900 block of Cleveland Blvd. When officers arrived, they found two male victims who had been hurt and the suspect had fled.

The victims, who police say are from Gem County and in their 30’s and 40’s, were taken to a local hospital. Their condition is unknown.

Police are still searching for the suspect and say he is armed and dangerous. He is described as a Hispanic male about six tall wearing a gray or black shirt. Police say the suspect may be driving a 2008 Black four-door Mazda with Idaho license plate 2/ C SB102.

If you see the suspect or vehicle, police say do not approach, but instead to notify law enforcement.
