7's Hero: Jayden DeLuca Foundation donates resource center to St. Luke's in honor of their daughter
Jayden DeLuca was born with a congenital heart defect in 2004. She passed away at just two years old. Her family is making a difference with a foundation in her name to raise awareness and research money for pediatric heart conditions.
