Domestic and Sexual Violence Day at the Idaho Capitol highlights new bills
Rep. Melissa Wintrow of Boise was at the Capitol Rotunda to discuss a Child and Safety Bill that would enforce stricter marriage laws and hopes to reintroduce a bill that would keep firearms out of the hands of domestic abusers.
