Clouds moving out, back to days of sunshine

The Portland/ Vancouver weather forecast from the KGW weather team. Updated several times daily, this includes the outlook around Oregon and in Southwest Washington.

PORTLAND, Ore. — The clouds are on their way out, and most of us will enjoy a really nice Sunday afternoon.

The west breeze is cranking through the east end of the Gorge this afternoon, Central & Eastern Oregon are much cooler (Baker City hit 101° Saturday), and the Coast is already seeing full sunshine.

Then, it's back to a regularly scheduled warm & dry weather pattern. Beyond Sunday, the next hint of showers (and this is a maybe) would be overnight Thursday into next Friday.

Much of the week will be sunny and warm with highs around 80-degrees. It looks like warmer weather may push temperatures into the mid to upper 80s at the end of the week.

Have a great weekend and take good care of each other.
