BOISE -- Some young patients at St. Luke's Medical Center in Boise got a special visit from members of the Idaho Stampede Wednesday.

Head coach Dean Cooper and some of the players took a tour through the facility and visited with the children being treated there.

The team says the visit is one of the best and most memorable events they do all year.

The annual tour is part of the lead-up to the Stampede's fourth annual Pink Night next week.

Players wear pink jerseys and the team auctions off items to donate to St. Luke's Mammography Assistance fund.
