BOISE, Idaho — Boise Police are looking for a man they say is connected to multiple construction-related scams.
They say 57-year-old Tracy Rae Gibson put up online advertisements for window replacement services for homes in the Boise area.
After taking down payments, police say he never completed the jobs and refuses to respond to the homeowners who paid him.
He currently has felony arrest warrants for failure to appear and grand theft.
