Over 100 vintage cars on display at the Father's Day Weekend Classic Car Show

This year's special showcase was a 1951 Hudson Wasp with a custom Viper V10 engine.

MERIDIAN, Idaho — Over 100 vintage cars were on display on Saturday during the Father's Day Weekend Classic Car Show in Meridian.

This year's special showcase was a 1951 Hudson Wasp with a custom Viper V10 engine.

The classic cars and hotrods were on display at Touchmark, a senior living facility that's home to over 500 people.

One of the many fathers and grandfathers in attendance was Dale White, who said seeing the classic cars brought back some good memories.

"This is great, we have been to a lot of car shows throughout the west, and this is outstanding, the variety, and bringing back some good old memories," he said.

In addition to showcasing the sweet rides, the car show also raises money for the Wyakin Foundation, which serves local veteran's organizations.
