MERIDIAN, Idaho — Fans of the grocery store Trader Joe's do not have much longer to wait.
The store is set to open its newest location in Meridian in mid-October.
The grocery store will be at 2986 North Eagle Road, in the space previously occupied by the Rosauers supermarket.
According to the Meridian Chamber of Commerce, a grand opening and ribbon cutting is set for Thursday, Oct. 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The celebration will feature "music, games and fun" along with the opportunity to shop at the new store.
The new Trader Joe's location will be the second for the Treasure Valley. The grocery chain already has one store in downtown Boise, located at Capitol Boulevard and Front Street.
