Get a first look inside the St. Jude Dream Home

KTVB got a special tour from St. Jude patient Jack Bevan.

MERIDIAN, Idaho — This year's St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is all sold out, but don't worry, there is another chance for you to win some prizes.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Meridian is valued at more than $460,000.

KTVB got a special tour Thursday from St. Jude patient Jack Bevan.

Jack says this year's dream home is really cool.

He really likes the hidden refrigerators, the cabinets, countertops, flooring and even the doorbell.

This is the 7th house that Berkeley Building Company has built for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Joe Atallal, the president of Berkeley Building, tells us this home has a guest suite, an open office, and a lot of smart features to enjoy.

"We have the Brilliant light switch system, which serves as a hub for other smart features in the home including the Ring doorbell, a Ring security system, Nest thermostats and the Sono speakers," Atallal said.

The dream home also has a wireless coffee maker, as well as an under-counter wine refrigerator.

Tickets are already sold out for this year's dream home, but don't worry, if you weren't able to buy a ticket, you can still win some fabulous prizes including a $10,000 shopping spree at Mor Furniture for Less.

You can enter to win at the dream home open houses which begins this Saturday at noon.

The dream home is located on Howry Lane in south Meridian's Hillsdale community.
