Friends of a 19-year-old woman who was shot to death at a Boise Bench home have launched an online fundraiser to help her family afford the funeral costs.

Briana Martinez was shot in the chest at her home near the intersection of Palouse and Owyhee streets minutes before midnight Sunday night. She was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Martinez's sister and a man at the house were also shot, but survived their injuries.

Anthony Alcala, 20, has been charged with murder and aggravated battery in the shooting. Two other suspects, 18-year-old Jessica Lee Perez Timmons and 22-year-old Taja Ra McMurtrey-Winn, are charged with helping Alcala hide from police.
