Martinez's sister and a man at the house were also shot, but survived their injuries.

Anthony Alcala, 20, has been charged with murder and aggravated battery in the shooting. Two other suspects, 18-year-old Jessica Lee Perez Timmons and 22-year-old Taja Ra McMurtrey-Winn, are charged with helping Alcala hide from police.
