CALDWELL - A 22-year-old Caldwell man was hospitalized after a rollover crash on Interstate 84 Saturday night.
The crash happened at about 10:50 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-84 near Caldwell.
Idaho State Police say Klyde Gini was driving east when he crashed into a guardrail in the median, crossed all of the lanes, then hit a jersey barrier on the shoulder. The vehicle flipped over, landing on its top.
Gini was thrown from the vehicle, police said. He was taken to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.
The right lane was blocked for more than two-and-a-half hours while crews worked to clear the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
