Oregon State Police say a Boise man was killed Saturday in a crash involving his motorcycle and two other vehicles in Linn County, Oregon.

OSP troopers and other emergency personnel responded at about 9:10 a.m. PDT to the crash on Oregon Highway 22-E.

OSP says that its preliminary investigation shows that a white 2015 Triumph motorcycle operated by Gregory D. Gummere, 64, of Boise, was traveling west on the highway when, for unknown reasons, the motorcycle crossed the center line and clipped a 1996 Plymouth minivan driven by a man from McMinnville, Oregon. The motorcycle then collided head-on with a Hyundai Santa Fe SUV operated by a man from Beaverton, Oregon.

Gummere died at the scene.

No one else involved in the crash was injured.
