BOISE - Police said a Boise man was arrested and accused of tampering with evidence Wednesday after a woman was was found dead in a vehicle.
Police were called Wednesday morning to the area of Annett Street and Cherry Court to help paramedics at the scene of a woman found unresponsive in a vehicle. The woman was dead when emergency personnel arrived, officials said.
The cause of death is pending toxicology results, and police said there is no indication of foul play. However, 32-year-old Tyler J. Bergin was arrested after evidence indicated that he tampered with evidence at the scene.
Bergin was booked into the Ada County Jail on a felony charge of destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence.
