BOISE, Idaho — Boise Police arrested a 40-year-old man from Richland, Washington after police say he tried to buy jewelry at a Boise store with stolen bank cards and had several stolen credit cards that belonged to a local woman in his possession.

Around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Boise Police Department Organized Retail Crime Unit received reports of a suspicious transaction at a store located on the 3500 block of Federal Way when a man tried to buy jewelry with credit cards that all declined.

Police later confirmed that the credit cards were stolen along with the victim's purse.

Muse was booked into the Ada County Jail and charged with four counts of felony burglary and three felony counts of fraudulent use of bank cards.
