Mountain Home Police say a man who tried to rob a Walmart store last night is in custody.

Around 11:30 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart for a report of threats from a customer.

Witnesses say Jason Granger purchased a money gram and then demanded money from the cash register after displaying a holster in his waistband.

He left the store with some money and rode away on a bicycle.

Investigators say they found Granger through a live video on Facebook of him narrating his travels on Interstate 84.

Granger was located by Idaho State Police a few hours after the crime and taken into custody.

The 32-year-old from Michigan was booked into the Elmore County Jail on attempted armed robbery and burglary charges.

Police say the bicycle was stolen from a local church.
