BOISE, Idaho — A Boise man is facing more than a dozen felonies after police say he had sexual contact with an underage girl and shared explicit photos he had taken of her.
Cameron Gamel, 23, was arrested Thursday following an investigation by Boise Police.
According to investigators, Gamel and the girl - who is under the age of 16 - met online March 9. Over the next several days, police say, Gamel and the girl met up in person.
Gamel took several inappropriate photos of the girl, which he shared electronically, and had sexual contact with her, according to police.
In all, he faces five felony charges of lewd conduct with a minor under 16, nine felony charges of distributing sexually exploitative material of a child and two felony probation violations.
Detectives say Gamel may have additional victims. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers 208- 343-COPS.
