A Boise man arrested in connection to cold case murders in Idaho and Washington has pleaded not guilty in the Washington case.

Lee Miller, 54, pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in Kitsap County Superior Court in Washington.

He's accused of killing Marilyn Hickey in Bremerton in 1992.

Police also believe Miller is a suspect in the death of 49-year-old Boise resident Cheryle Barratt, who died in April 1994.

Police say Miller's DNA is a match for both cases.

Boise Police say they are still investigating Barrat's death before presenting the case to a judge.
