The final beam on one of Boise's newest hotels was placed today.
A ceremony was held as the beam made its way up to the 6th floor of the Inn at 500 Capitol.
On it is about 150 signatures of all those who made the project happen.
The Inn at 500 Capitol is a 6-floor boutique hotel comprised of 110 rooms.
“It was less than a year ago that we had a ground breaking on this site, and here we are about 11 months later and we lifted the final beam in place and we went through a topping-off ceremony," said Brian Obie with Obie Development Partners.
The Inn at 500 Capitol is expected to open by the end of the year.
