1 Tbsp. butter

6 oz. halibut filet

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. pepper

1 Tbsp. white wine

4 Tbsp. turmeric white wine sauce

1 Tbsp. water


Melt butter in skillet. Season both sides of halibut filet with salt/pepper mix and place filet over butter.

Add white wine and cover to steam for 2-3 minutes depending on thickness of fish.

Carefully remove lid and flip halibut over. Add water and immediately cover with lid for an additional

2-3 minutes.

Serve hot with suggested sides of mashed potatoes and/or microgreen salad.
