Yvonne Anderson-Thomas, the owner and chef of Brown Shuga Soul Food in Boise, joins Tami Tremblay and Jim Duthie in the KTVB Kitchen to show how to prepare a quick, but elegant Charcuterie platter for New Year's parties or anytime you would like to impress your guests or family members.

Charcuterie platters typically include meats, cheeses, crackers or bread and fruits on a cutting board round or square, or platter. Anderson-Thomas lists some options that you can use for your own platter.
