Brown Shuga Soul Food Korean Ribs
Get one or 2 slabs of ribs
Season and cook as desired
Smoker, oven, pressure cooker, grill etc.
Sauce
1 clove of garlic minced
3Tbs. Soy sauce
1Tbs. rice vinegar
1Tbs. hoisin sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
2 heapingTbs. Of honey
2 Tbs. Of apricot preserves
2Tbs. Of Brown Shuga (lol)
1 teaspoon ginger
11/2 teaspoon Sirachcha
Green onions to garnish
Boil all sauce ingredients for about 10 min. To thicken. Brush ribs that are within 15 min of being done with sauce. Put in the oven to carmelize sauce on ribs. Garnish with chopped green onions.
