MERIDIAN, Idaho — A Meridian Fire crew came to the rescue this weekend after a pair of baby ducks slipped into a storm drain and were unable to get out.
Three firefighters removed the grate and used a net to scoop the ducklings to safety. Meridian residents Jason and Melissa Billester shared a video of one of the ducklings zooming away towards the water after being freed.
