Lost sheep roaming the streets of Middleton

It is unknown who these sheep belong to or how they escaped.

MIDDLETON, Idaho — Two lost sheep were running around Middleton neighborhoods on Oct. 4, according to Middleton Police officers. 

The sheep were first spotted near Highway 44 and then again in Park Place subdivision in Middleton.

Officers were trying to capture the sheep with a trailer, according to the Middleton Police Department. 

Later they were assisted by the Canyon County Animal Control and captured the sheep at 11:30 a.m in a gentleman's yard, according to Sergeant Barley.

It is unknown who these sheep belong to or how they escaped.
