BOISE, Idaho — Tickets for the 2019 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway went on sale in March and sold out in a record-breaking four days.
For $100, participants have a chance to win this year's Dream Home, a beautiful home in Meridian valued at $460,000. But that's not the only prize up for grabs. New this year, you could also win a brand new 2019 Ford F-150, courtesy of Treasure Valley Ford Stores.
The truck is one of 10 prizes that will be raffled off to St. Jude ticket holders on June 16. To be eligible for the truck giveaway, you'll need to purchase your ticket by Friday, April 26 to be entered in the Early Bird Prize drawing.
Of course, the grand prize is the 2019 Dream Home, a 3-bedroom, 3-bath home in Meridian's Hillsdale Creek Community. The home is described as a "mid-century modern home with global flair," and features a gourmet kitchen and pantry with state-of-the-art Bosch appliances.
The home includes a full guest suite for multi-generational living, along with an outdoor living space with custom fire feature.
Berkeley Building Company is still putting the final touches on the home. It will be open for the public to tour starting on April 27.
2019 St. Jude Dream Home
When you buy a ticket to win the Dream Home and other prizes, you are supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and their fight against childhood cancer.
Researchers and doctors are working together right now to turn their laboratory breakthroughs into lifesaving treatments for children.
According to St. Jude treatments at the hospital have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent since it opened more than 50 years ago.
Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
