Keepin' It Local: Refresh at Revitalize Juice Bar

The juice bar is in The Village at Meridian. One of the owner's goals is to provide healthy food and drink that also tastes great.

MERIDIAN - Let's be honest. How many times have you tried to eat healthy, make sure you hit those food groups, all to eat the finished product and it tastes horrible?

For the last year and some change, Brooke Ochojski has made it her goal to provide healthy food and drinks for people that still taste great. That all came to fruition six and a half months ago when she opened up Revitalize Juice Bar in The Village at Meridian.

On refrigerator shelves, you'll find a range of cold pressed juices with a combination of fruits and veggies. If you're looking to do a juice cleanse, they'll help you pick out the juices that will maximize your results.

Top sellers at Revitalize Juice Bar are the Pitaya and Acai Bowls. My personal favorite is a bowl that takes me to the beaches of Hawaii. It's called the Aloha Bowl, which has blended Pitaya topped with granola, sliced mango, kiwi, pineapple, strawberry, drizzled honey, coconut flakes and macadamia nut.

Another favorite is what's called "Everything Toast". Served on local Zeppole bread, it has avocado, tomato, lemon, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cracked pepper, Himalayan Sea Salt, and chia seeds.

You can find Revitalize Juice Bar at 3505 E. Monarch Sky Lane in Meridian.
