Outpost Days are being celebrated for the 50th time in Murphy on June 1 and 2 with activities centered around the Owyhee Historical Museum. There have been a lot of improvements and additions to the museum in recent years. Also there are lots of activities both days with gold panning, quick draw shooting and lots of other demonstrations and games for all ages. It is well worth the short drive to Murphy for all the fun with events all day both days.
