The 16th annual Great Polar Bear Challenge is tomorrow (January 1, 2019) at the Spring Shores Marina at Lucky Peak. The event starts at 10 am and is free to attend. You are asked to raise at least $50 to participate in the water ski Wake board or swim event. Those who do will receive a t-shirt and those who raise the most will win special prizes. There is also a costume contest. Final sign-ups at 10 am and the jump into the water is at 11 am. If you are a water skier or wake boarder bring your own gear.
Last minute registration is available or you can make a donation through me as I will be water skiing or you can still sign up on line today.
