Stray cats are an issue and can cause problems and concerns. Operation Community Cats is working to reduce the feral cat population and help owners to contain and protect their own cats. Bring your pet of any type to Bark N Purr in the Vista shopping center this Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. You can get a pet photo with Santa for a $25 donation. Or if you bring a donation of cat food you get a $5 discount. In addition to all the fun you can learn ways to help protect your cats and control the stray cat population.
