Tristan Lewis joined the KTVB News team in April 2021.

Tristan grew up in Fresno, CA, and lived there until he graduated from Fresno State in May 2017. From there, he moved to eastern Idaho, where he got his first start as an on-air reporter at Local News 8 and KIDK Eyewitness News 3 in Idaho Falls. After two years, he saddled up and accepted an offer to be an anchor/reporter in the Lone Star at KAGS-TV in College Station, TX. During his time in Aggieland, he was honored with a regional Edward R. Murrow award for his coverage on the 20th anniversary of the Aggie Bonfire collapse.

He's worn several different hats since he began his broadcast television career in March 2017. From morning traffic producer to news reporter to even sports reporter (I know). He loves being in the broadcast television world and sharing stories of the community around him.

He is excited to be back in Idaho and get the chance to tell the stories of the Treasure Valley. When he's not at the station, he enjoys being active by running and participating in CrossFit. He also said he wants to do Idaho right this time around, so he's looking for the best hiking spots and skiing destinations to try out.

If you've got a story idea or ever want to say hi, feel free to email Tristan at tlewis@ktvb.com or give him a follow on Facebook and Twitter, @TristanLewisTV.
