BOISE, Idaho — Alexandra (Alex) Duggan joined KTVB in June of 2022, after working at the Idaho Press as a crime reporter.
At Channel 7, she now reports on crime, courts and does investigative pieces.
During her time as a journalist, she has worked hard at reporting on some of Idaho's coldest cases, and even wrote a magazine about it.
She has won two awards from the Idaho Press Club, 3rd place 'Rookie of the Year' and 2nd place 'Series' for her work on the cold case of Krystyn Dunlap.
Alex graduated from the University of Idaho in 2021 with a B.S in Psychology and a minor in journalism. During her time at U of I, she hosted a cold case podcast and interned at the Idaho State Capitol to report on the 2021 legislative session.
Alex loves her politics, podcasts and public records: the three P's.
When she's not reporting, you can find Alex watching documentaries, playing with her puppy, enjoying time outside, or... taking a nap.
